Privacy Notice
Nexus Elite Pro LLC · 8735 Dunwoody Place Ste R, Atlanta, GA 30350 · support@nexuselitepro.app · Effective: October 1, 2026
This notice explains what personal information Nexus Elite Pro LLC ("we", "us") collects through the Nexus Elite Pro™ website, the desktop app, licensing and support, how we use it, and the choices you have. We're the business responsible for that information (the "controller").
The short version
- Your work stays on your PC. The app does its work on your computer. We don't receive your projects, media, prompts, email lists or social accounts.
- We collect very little: your waitlist email, purchase and license details, and a device code used to enforce the 3-device limit.
- No tracking. No ads, no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics on the website. The app has no telemetry: nothing is sent automatically for diagnostics, and diagnostic reports are sent only when you send them.
- We don't sell or share your information for advertising, and we don't train AI on your content.
- Services you connect with your own keys (like Claude or ElevenLabs) get what you send them directly, under their own privacy policies.
1. Information we collect
Website and waitlist
- Waitlist: your email address, the optional "what do you create" answer, whether you confirmed, and the dates you joined and confirmed.
- Spam protection: a short-lived counter tied to a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address. We don't store the IP address itself, and the counter deletes itself after about an hour.
- Hosting logs: our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested in order to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies to block bots.
Purchases and licenses
- From our payment partner: your email address, country, the plan or pack you bought, the price, tax, and order, customer and subscription IDs. Card or bank details go to the payment partner. We never receive your full card number.
- License records: your license key (stored scrambled and encrypted, with the last 5 characters kept for support), your plan, its status and renewal dates, and your credit balance and history.
- Devices: when you activate the app, it sends your license key, your computer's name (the Windows computer name) and a device code. The device code is a one-way scrambled value made from your PC's Windows identifier and a random number; the identifier itself is never sent. We keep each device's activation and last-check dates. If someone repeatedly tries wrong license keys on our key-claim page, we keep a hashed version of their IP address to slow them down.
- Cloud credits: when you run a cloud feature we host, we record the feature used, the credits held and charged, and the device code. If a hosted cloud feature processes your content, see section 4.
Support
- If you email us, we get your email address, your message and anything you attach, such as a screenshot or log file. Only send what you're comfortable sharing.
Diagnostic reports
When you ask for support or troubleshooting, our Terms ask you to send a diagnostic report made by the app. The app shows you the exact report before anything is saved, then saves it on your PC as a .zip file and opens an email to support for you to attach it and send. The app never sends a report by itself.
- What it contains: the app and edition version; your Windows version; your PC's processor, graphics card and memory; free disk space; which engines are installed and ready; recent errors (error codes, error types and where in the app's own code they happened, not the error text); license status with the key masked (only its last 4 characters); and app settings with every secret (passwords, keys and tokens) removed and personal text replaced.
- What it never contains: your projects, media, scripts, voices, uploads or prompts, and none of your file names, folder paths, passwords, API keys or tokens. It also leaves out your device code and your computer's name.
- Why we use it: only to troubleshoot your problem, keep the Service secure and improve its reliability.
- How long we keep it: 90 days after we receive it, then we delete it, even if the support email it came with is kept longer.
- Who can see it: only the people who answer support for Nexus Elite Pro LLC, and our email host, which stores support email for us (section 5).
- Not sold: we don't sell diagnostic reports or share them for advertising, and we don't use them to train AI.
What we don't collect
- The app has no analytics, telemetry or automatic crash reporting. Nothing is sent automatically for diagnostics; diagnostic reports are sent only when you send them (see Diagnostic reports above).
- Your app username and password stay on your PC.
- Your projects, exports, prompts, contact lists, email campaigns, social posts, API keys and social-media tokens stay on your PC, except what you choose to send to a third-party service (section 3).
- We don't knowingly collect biometric information. Voice cloning and avatar features are turned off in this version.
2. How we use it
| Purpose | Information | Legal basis (EU/UK) |
|---|---|---|
| Confirm your waitlist sign-up and email you about the launch and Founders pricing | Waitlist email and answers | Consent |
| Sell you a plan, deliver your license key, and handle renewals, refunds and taxes | Purchase and license records | Contract; legal obligation |
| Activate the app, enforce device limits and track credits | License and device records | Contract |
| Send required service emails (receipts, renewal reminders, price-change notices, changes to terms) | Email, plan details | Contract; legal obligation |
| Answer support requests | Support emails and attachments | Contract; legitimate interests |
| Troubleshoot problems, keep the Service secure and improve its reliability | Diagnostic reports you send | Contract; legitimate interests |
| Prevent fraud, spam and abuse, and keep our systems secure | Hashed IPs, hosting logs, license records | Legitimate interests |
| Follow the law, respond to legal requests and enforce our terms | As needed | Legal obligation; legitimate interests |
We don't use your information for advertising, and we don't make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you by automated means alone.
3. Services you connect with your own keys
Some app features connect directly from your PC to other companies, using your own account, API key or developer app. When you use them, what's needed for the task goes straight to that company. We don't receive it, and that company's privacy policy and terms apply.
| Service | What the app sends when you use it |
|---|---|
| Anthropic (Claude), with your key | Your prompt, the text to write or translate, images you ask it to describe, and Ask Nexus planning requests |
| ElevenLabs, with your key | Text to turn into speech, audio to transcribe or separate, and sound-effect prompts |
| Social networks you connect (e.g. YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Bluesky, Mastodon, Google Business Profile) | Post text, videos, images, titles and thumbnails you choose to publish |
| Your email provider (SMTP) | Your email campaigns and your recipients' addresses |
| Your own Cloudflare R2 storage | Media you stage so a social network can fetch it. It stays in your storage until you delete it. |
| Stock-media libraries (e.g. Openverse, Wikimedia Commons, NASA, Pixabay, Unsplash) | Your search words, plus your free key for libraries that need one |
| Hugging Face and GitHub | A normal download request when you choose to install the free local AI model. No personal content is sent. |
- The app starts in Test mode, which sends nothing to paid or outgoing services until you turn it off.
- Providers have their own rules on keeping and using data. For example, ElevenLabs may use content to improve its models unless you opt out in your ElevenLabs settings. Check each provider's settings.
- Keys and tokens you enter are stored on your PC. Protect your Windows account.
4. Your content and AI
- We don't use your content, prompts or outputs to train or improve AI models.
- Today the app has no hosted cloud feature that uploads your content to us. If we add one, it will process only what you send for that job and delete the job's files after a short period (planned: 7 days). We'll update this notice, with the providers involved, before the feature goes live.
- The app's rights check runs on your PC. When it refuses a request, it keeps a local log of the rule that matched and a scrambled code for the matched term, never your text. Nothing is sent to us.
5. Who receives your information
We share personal information only with these service providers, which process it for us under contract, and only as needed:
| Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Website hosting and security; storing the waitlist; license and credit records |
| Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.) | Sending waitlist and launch emails |
| Our payment partner, named at checkout | Checkout, payments, tax, receipts, refunds and fraud checks. It may act as the reseller (merchant of record) and controls the payment data it collects under its own privacy notice. |
| Our email host for support@nexuselitepro.app | Receiving and answering support emails |
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect people's safety or our rights, or to a buyer as part of a merger or sale of our business (we'll tell you and this notice will still protect it). We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
For waitlist emails, we turn off Mailchimp's open and click tracking.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
- Our website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies, and loads no third-party trackers.
- Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from bots.
- If we ever add analytics, nothing will load unless you agree, and your choice will be saved in your browser's local storage so we don't ask again. You can change your mind with the "Privacy choices" link.
- Because we don't sell or share information for advertising, there is nothing to opt out of. We still treat a Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out request.
7. How long we keep it
| Information | How long |
|---|---|
| Unconfirmed waitlist sign-ups | Deleted automatically after 7 days |
| Confirmed waitlist entries | Until you unsubscribe (which deletes the entry), or 12 months after launch, whichever comes first |
| Spam-protection counters | About 1 hour |
| Purchase, tax and refund records | 7 years, for tax and accounting law |
| License, device and credit records | While your license is active, then 2 years |
| Support emails | 2 years after the conversation ends |
| Diagnostic reports | 90 days after we receive them |
| Hashed IPs from failed key claims | Up to 30 days |
8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards for the information we hold, including encrypted connections, hashing or encrypting license keys, keeping only hashed IP addresses, and limiting who can access records. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we'll notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
9. Your privacy rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we have about you, and give you a copy;
- correct it;
- delete it (we may keep what the law requires, such as tax records);
- stop sending you marketing emails (every email has an unsubscribe link).
Email support@nexuselitepro.app from the address we have on file. We may need to confirm your identity before acting, and we'll answer within 30 days (45 days where U.S. state law allows). You can use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of their authority. We won't treat you differently for using your rights.
U.S. state residents (including California)
Residents of California and other states with privacy laws (such as Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon and others) have the rights above, plus the right to know the categories of information we collect and why. In the last 12 months we have collected:
- identifiers (email address, license key, device code, hashed IP address);
- commercial information (plans and packs bought, credit use);
- internet or network activity (hosting and security logs);
- customer-record information from purchases (name if you give it, country).
We collect these from you, your device and our payment partner, for the purposes in section 2, and disclose them only to the service providers in section 5. We don't sell or share personal information, don't use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you, and have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing information about anyone under 16. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer; we'll respond within the time the law sets.
EU, EEA, UK and Swiss residents
You also have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests, to restrict processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Our legal bases are listed in section 2.
International transfers. We're based in the United States, and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where EU or UK law requires it, transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (where the provider is certified) or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
10. Children
The Service isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. In the EU, EEA and UK we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 without a parent's consent. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email support@nexuselitepro.app and we'll delete it.
11. Changes to this notice
We'll post any changes here with a new effective date. If a change is material, for example a new kind of data or a new provider that receives customer data, we'll email customers and waitlist members before it takes effect.
