Acceptable Use Policy
Nexus Elite Pro LLC · 8735 Dunwoody Place Ste R, Atlanta, GA 30350 · support@nexuselitepro.app · Effective: October 1, 2026
This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everything you make or do with Nexus Elite Pro™: the desktop app, Ask Nexus, our cloud features and this website. It applies whether the work runs on your own PC or in our cloud. Words like "content" mean anything you import, type, record, generate, export or publish with the app.
In short: make honest work, respect other people and their rights, and don't use the app to hurt anyone.
1. Rights you must have
Only use material you own or have permission to use. Do not use the app to create, copy or distribute content that infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights. That includes, for example:
- song lyrics, melodies or recordings you don't have a license for, or music made to imitate a specific artist;
- other people's videos, photos, fonts, artwork or stock media used outside their license;
- brand names, logos or trade dress used in a way that suggests a connection or endorsement that doesn't exist;
- copyrighted translations of books or scripture (many modern Bible translations are copyrighted; public-domain versions and properly licensed quotations are fine);
- removing or hiding watermarks, copyright notices, license terms or content credentials from material that isn't yours.
2. Real people: voices, faces and names
- Do not imitate or impersonate a real person, including celebrities, public figures, officials or private individuals, without their clear permission.
- Do not make deepfakes: realistic fake video, images or audio that show a real person saying or doing something they didn't say or do, or that could reasonably fool viewers into thinking so.
- Do not use any person's voice or likeness without their consent, and do not use sexual, degrading or harmful depictions of a real person under any circumstances.
- Do not make content that falsely claims to come from a government, company, news outlet or other organization.
3. Never allowed
You may not use Nexus Elite Pro™ to create, edit, store or share:
- any sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualizes minors in any way. We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement;
- sexual or intimate images of a real person made or shared without their consent;
- content that threatens, harasses, bullies, stalks or doxes anyone (publishes their private information);
- content that promotes violence, terrorism or violent extremism, or that attacks people because of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age or similar traits;
- content that encourages self-harm or suicide, or eating disorders;
- instructions for making weapons, explosives or dangerous substances meant to cause serious harm.
4. Honesty and elections
- Do not use the app for fraud, scams, phishing, fake reviews or fake testimonials.
- Do not create misleading content about elections, voting, candidates or ballots, including false information about when, where or how to vote, or fake endorsements.
- Do not present AI-made content as real in a way that could mislead people about a matter of public importance, such as health, emergencies, news or public safety.
- Follow each platform's rules for labeling AI-generated or altered content. The app can add an AI label when you post, but you are responsible for disclosure.
- Do not give professional advice (medical, legal, financial and the like) that you are not qualified to give, and do not present AI output as professional advice.
5. Email, posting and spam
- Only email people who have agreed to hear from you, and follow anti-spam laws such as the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act: honest subject lines, your real contact details and a working unsubscribe link in every marketing email.
- Honor unsubscribe requests promptly and do not import purchased, rented or scraped email lists.
- Do not use the app to post in bulk, artificially inflate engagement, run fake accounts, or break the rules of the social networks you connect.
6. Our systems and other people's systems
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the app, license checks or credit system, except where the law allows it despite this restriction.
- Do not share, sell or publish license keys, or get around device limits, watermarks or plan limits.
- Do not upload malware, attack, overload, scan or probe our services, or try to reach data that isn't yours.
- Do not use automated means to scrape our services, or use our cloud features to build a competing AI model.
- Do not try to get around our safety filters, including by rewording prompts to slip past them.
7. The law
Do not use the app for anything illegal where you live or where your content is published, including breaking export and sanctions laws.
8. How we enforce this
- The app refuses some requests. Nexus Elite Pro™ has a built-in check that refuses requests it recognizes as likely infringing or harmful, such as imitating a celebrity's voice or likeness, reproducing song lyrics or imitating an artist, using brands and logos, or reproducing copyrighted scripture translations. No automated check is perfect: it can miss things and it can sometimes refuse things that are fine. Passing the check does not mean your content is legal or allowed. You remain responsible for what you make.
- Cloud features. We may decline to run any cloud job that appears to break this policy.
- Reports. If we receive a report or learn of a violation, we may remove access to content held in our cloud, suspend cloud features, revoke a license, or close an account. We will usually tell you why and give you a chance to respond, unless the law, safety or an investigation prevents it. Serious violations (such as anything in section 3) may lead to immediate termination without a refund.
- We do not monitor your PC. Work you do on your own computer stays there. We don't look at it unless you send it to our cloud or to support.
9. Reporting a problem
To report content made with Nexus Elite Pro™ that breaks this policy, email support@nexuselitepro.app with a link or description. For copyright complaints, please follow our copyright (DMCA) policy.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as laws, risks and the product change. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
